WHAT DO WE DO?

International Health Partners serves the people of Tanzania by providing excellent healthcare to those who need it most. Starting in 2025 we will welcome volunteers to make our mission possible. Construction teams, medical teams, administrative teams - There are opportunities for every one no matter the skill level.

IHP-TZ, in partnership with IHP-US, has embarked on an exciting new project at Chihoni! We are preparing to serve a community desperate for quality health care near the capital city of Dodoma. This is a place where women often die on the way to the hospital if they are in obstructed labor because the few existing hospitals are too far away. It is not only laboring women who are affected, but also young children and the elderly.

Join us in this new opportunity to serve the people of Tanzania. We will again be hosting medical students and professionals, as well as other volunteers in 2025.

UPDATE:

We have use of a machine that will help us dig water wells, and have already completed one!

NEEDS:

- Brick building supplies

- Equipment for the dental clinic

If you can count, cut, saw, paint, hammer, lift, dig, or smile, we can find a way to put your gifts to work.

OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT THE PROJECT:

The work of International Health Partners is made possible by the generous contributions of time, money, sweat, and prayers from people all over the world who want to see their impact. IHP uses the resources to build quality healthcare facilities where those in need can receive excellent care in a safe environment. A gift to the very poor can enrich the world.
